Would appreciate the point of view of those having tested in live some of the mentioned monitors and know what I'm talking about here. I cannot allow myself to pay again $1,7K in screen to move this machine since it's a really basic spect monitor for its price, Yes is as beautiful as the iMac. But in the real word we must select a Monitor, and since I already paid for the M1 Max processor. Yes, Apple did a bad thing for us when changed iMac series to a non-professional public and don't sell the 27" iMac with M1 anymore. and tired of not being able to work with my new computer. And I am tired of buying and returning screens. but I've never seen one of these in live. for a 32" screen in 4k so pixel density would never be the same. This makes me think about if it is a real competitor to the LG 5K image quality. I also see that some Apple local shops sell the Samsung M8 Smart Monitor. I see on reviews that the LG 5k Ultrafine 27" is the same image quality as my iMac, but has a bad stand (I could install a VESA mount to my rear wall), it's uglier than any Apple design, I know but I'm in a point that I would not pay extra $700 for having the same in a prettier enclosure. I'm trying to get something in a reasonable budget about $/€ 1K or less that will have a really identical or similar feeling that my old iMac, without having the feeling of walking backward in image quality terms. Well, I don't have much money now and the $1,7K is a hard amount to pay for almost the same price that I did pay for my entire machine iMac (all in one) years ago. I went crazy and did order the Apple Studio Display 27" but the shop had issues and the delivery was going to delay up to 20 days later, so I canceled the order and that was. I was afraid of taking my next step because to be sure of having at least the same color feeling as with my older iMac, I needed a screen at least the same as the one that I've been working with since 2016. Cannot be compared to the iMac which seems better blacks (due to the gloss screen maybe) accurate colors, more contrast, and more vibrant. I started looking at my own images that I know them very well and I started viewing them flatter, less vibrant, and a little green dominant, and the worst came when I compared side by side with my iMac 5k, just then I pack the Dell and returned. I ordered, received, and started working with it. ![]() Which left me with no doubts since this web seems to be reasonably trustable. ![]() ![]() I first bought the Dell Ultrasharp U2723QE it was listed as the Best Mid-Range 4k Monitor 27". My Mac Studio is on my side since weeks ago and I'm still working with my iMac 27" 5k because I do have not a monitor to start working with the Mac Studio. That's my major issue, If I could see them in live, I would take my decision in a minute but there is no way for me and need to be searching in forums and asking for advice here. I've been reading here and there since nowadays is pretty much difficult to find a local shop (at least where I live) where they have many of these monitors that I contemplate and view many of them side by side and let my eyes decide. Hi, I'm a long time trying to find the right monitor for my new Apple Studio computer purchased on Black Friday and am still without a monitor yet.
